Terms of Service
Your rights and responsibilities when using Prep Warrior.
1. Operator and scope
NativePT, represented by Kyle Kim, operates Prep Warrior, an English speaking practice and online tutoring service. These Terms apply to accounts, diagnostics, learning materials, scheduling and live lessons. The Privacy and Refund Policies form part of the service information. Business and contact details appear below.
2. Eligibility and agreement
Account holders must be at least 14. A minor must obtain any parent or legal guardian consent required for a paid contract. Do not create an account using another person’s identity. Required terms and privacy acknowledgements are recorded separately from optional marketing preferences.
3. Accounts and security
Use accurate contact information and keep your password and verification codes private. Email signup requires confirmation when enabled. IDs are unique and case-insensitive. Notify support promptly of unauthorized access. We may restrict a compromised account while verifying ownership, with a way to contact support and challenge a restriction.
4. Learning services
Lesson descriptions specify the coach, duration, time zone and included services. Sample plans and demonstrations are illustrative. Feedback, including any AI-assisted feedback, is learning support and may contain errors. We do not promise a particular test score, admission, job or language outcome.
5. Booking and Google Meet
A booking is confirmed when its status is Confirmed. Pending calendar updates are not a confirmed classroom. Join links are restricted to the booked learner and assigned coach and normally open 15 minutes before a lesson. Calls take place in Google Meet, whose own service terms also apply. Check your connection, camera and microphone before joining.
6. Prices and payments
Before payment, the checkout must show the total price, taxes, lesson quantity, validity period and applicable cancellation conditions. A purchase is not complete until payment is confirmed. Recurring billing requires an explicit separate agreement. If checkout is unavailable, published examples do not create a paid order.
7. Cancellations and refunds
The Refund Policy explains lesson changes, unused purchases, operator cancellations and the request process. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over these Terms. We do not impose an undisclosed cancellation penalty or replace a cash refund with credits without agreement.
8. Conduct and materials
Treat coaches and learners respectfully. Harassment, illegal content, impersonation, automated abuse and sharing private classroom links are prohibited. You retain rights to your own submissions and grant only the permission needed to provide the requested service. Course materials may be used personally, not resold or publicly redistributed without permission.
9. Recording and AI
This website does not automatically record or transcribe a lesson. Recording or transcription requires advance notice, applicable permissions and consent from participants. Any future upload or AI analysis must separately explain its purpose, provider and retention. Do not record another person without the required permission.
10. Availability and responsibility
We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control, and will communicate significant disruptions. If we cannot provide a paid lesson, we offer a replacement acceptable to you or the applicable refund. Nothing excludes responsibility for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Closing an account and changes
Request account closure through NativePT support. Statutorily retained transaction records are handled under the Privacy Policy. Material changes are announced in advance; changes unfavorable to existing paid contracts require the notice or consent required by law and do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
12. Contact and disputes
Contact the operator below with service or contract concerns. Korean law applies subject to mandatory protections applicable to the consumer. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law. You may seek consumer counselling through 1372 in Korea or the Korea Consumer Agency.
